Why aren’t my services online even though my bill has been paid in full?

If you have failed to pay your Hostereo bill and your account has been suspended as a result, your services will be switched off and you will not be able to alter them until you pay the entire outstanding balance or arrange an extension with us.

If you’ve already paid your bill in full but your services haven’t gone back online, this could be caused by two things: either your payment hasn’t gone through yet or you have not powered on the services manually.

Payment Delay

– If you paid your bill for our services using PayPal and your account is still suspended, this could mean that PayPal is still processing the payment and we haven’t received it yet.

– Keep in mind that while most PayPal payments are processed quickly, some can take up to 72 hours to be processed and finalized. Unfortunately, Hostereo can’t do anything to speed up payments, but you can contact our customer support if you need any help. Alternatively, you can reach out to PayPal to learn the status of your transaction and ask whether it can be processed any sooner.

Services Not Powered On

Once you pay your bill, if your account has been suspended for non-payment, you need to manually switch your services back on again using the Manage panel. There are two methods for doing this:
